Founded by Richard and Cathy Harmon in 2018, Day By Day is a 501(c)3 tax exempt charity with a mission to help those suffering from substance abuse and their families.

The mission of Day By Day is to help individuals suffering with substance abuse by offering a faith-based and holistic approach to recovery focused on healing the mind, body, and spirit through the love of Jesus. Addiction is a disease, and this disease is progressive and terminal if left untreated. We know that as long as an addict is alive, there is hope.
Our History
The Harmons understand first-hand the struggles faced by addicts and their families. After walking with their son through his addiction and long journey of recovery, the Harmons were given a strong calling by God to start Day By Day to offer a lifeline to other families in need. Day By Day is more than just a support group; it is a beacon of hope for families navigating addiction.
