THERE IS HOPE

Day By Day is a 501(c)3 non-profit charitable organization that exists solely to help those suffering from drug addiction and their families. We believe that as long as an addict is alive there is HOPE. Over 100,000 Americans died from drug overdose in 2021 and 2022 and Day By Day is committed to help those that are struggling to stop and want help.

Are you suffering from drug addiction? We are available 24-hours a day to help you begin your journey to recovery no matter where you are in your addiction. The hardest decision to make is to begin the journey. Day By Day is committed to the healing of both the person suffering from addiction and their family.  We are here to help you choose recovery.

Help is available!  We are also here to help families who have loved ones who are suffering from addiction. Sometimes it is difficult for family members to understand why this is happening in their loved one and we want to help you through the process. Breaking the addictive cycle is difficult but can happen and we want to help you begin the journey to recovery. Support groups are available in our area that help family members understand addiction and how they can survive and help their loved one best.

There is no shame in getting addiction treatment. Addiction is a complex issue from a unique combination of biological, mental and demonic factors. If you are struggling with addiction, you are not alone. Help is available. Day By Day strongly believes that God is The Healer.

If you are suffering from drug addiction and want or desire help, please contact us as soon as possible. Do not wait any longer to begin your journey to recovery. If you have a loved one who is suffering with addiction, we are here to help you. Please contact:

Our Mission

The mission of Day By Day is to help individuals addicted to drugs. Addiction is a disease. This disease is progressive and terminal if left untreated. Our commitment is to help those who struggle. We know that as long as an addict is alive, there is hope.

Our History

As parents of a child they loved and raised, Richard and Cathy were faced with the fact that their son was a drug addict. After his marriage and the birth of his 3 children, the Harmon's believed their son had overcome his addiction. Sadly, this was not to be. After six years, the marriage ended. All because of direct results of his addiction. Seeing this, the Harmon's were given a strong desire by God to start Day By Day. By the grace of God, their son is now clean and has begun a new lifestyle. The Harmon's understand the struggles of addicts and their families. Our young adults are dying at the rate of 150 per day as a result of drug overdoses. It is our hope to rescue those closest to death.
